Who can use this site? Doctors? Sonographers? Both?

Both. The site provides practice questions for doctors and sonographers. The authors of this site carefully selected questions that apply to both exams. Doctors (MDs, DOs, cardiologists, anesthesiologists, etc.) and sonographers (registered sonographers, cardiovascular technologists, etc.) are encouraged to study this material in preparation for their certification exam. Material presented on the website is applicable to physicians seeking board certification (Testamur, Diplomat) via The National Board of Echocardiography. Material is also applicable to cardiac sonographers  and ultrasound students seeking registry certification via Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) and/or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Songography (ARDMS). The tests for MDs include the ASCeXAM, ReASCE, Advanced PTEeXAM, RePTE, and Basic PTEexam; the tests for sonographers include CCI RCS and ARDMS RDCS. Study questions at EchoBoardStudy.com are designed to help students feel prepared for these exams.

What types of questions appear on the board/registry exams? Are these included in EchoBoardStudy.com?
13 /

Questions are in multiple choice and case vignette formats. Some questions include still images, others have embedded movies, and still others are only text.

Practice questions at EchoBoardStudy.com are intended to simulate the exam experience, identify weaknesses, and improve the likelihood of successful passing the exam.

No. A single registration will result in a single login and password.  For a given login and password, there will be a limited number of IP addresses from which the site can be accessed. Activity on the site is monitored and frequent simultaneous logins that appears fraudulent and/or not in line with the intended single-user single-license agreement may result in an automatic disabling of an account. Keep in mind a simple rule: one registration, one login, and one password all for one (and only one) user.

Can I share my password with other students
so as to reduce cost?
Should I read the question explanation if I get
a question correct?

Yes. The explanations are designed to give important details that may not be obvious from the question itself.

questions designed to help me pass
